        "content": "<p>PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) implemented changes to\nthe company\u2019s management structure during an Extraordinary General\nMeeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held on Friday (4\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Under the new changes, the position of President Director remains\nheld by Nixon L.P. Napitupulu, while Oni Febriarto Rahardjo also\ncontinues in his role as Deputy President Director.<\/p>\n<p>Changes occurred across four director positions. Gatot Prasetyo has\nbeen appointed as Director of Information Technology, replacing Tan\nJacky Chen. Additionally, Johanes Barus has been named Director of Risk\nManagement, replacing Setiyo Wibowo.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the position of Director of Consumer Banking is now held\nby Evita Barliana, replacing Hirwandi Gafar, while Adityo Kusumo has\nbeen appointed as Director of Finance &amp; Strategy, replacing Nofry\nRony Poetra.<\/p>\n<p>A change also took place in the position of Director of Human Capital\n&amp; Compliance, which is now held by Wiwik Wahyuni, replacing Eko\nWaluyo.<\/p>\n<p>The following is the composition of the BTN Board of Directors\nfollowing the EGM:<\/p>\n<p>President Director: Nixon L.P.
