Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2013 PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) is\nonce again hosting the BTN Housingpreneur Batch 3 competition, with\nregistration officially open from 28 September to 30 November 2026. This\ninitiative is designed to support entrepreneurship within the housing\nsector, involving students, the general public, developers, and business\nplayers within the housing ecosystem.<\/p>\n
BTN Corporate Secretary Ramon Armando stated that the primary\nmotivation behind BTN Housingpreneur stems from the increasingly diverse\nchallenges in meeting housing needs, which require innovation across the\nentire industry supply chain.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe issues within the housing ecosystem today are becoming\nincreasingly diverse and dynamic. Therefore, BTN wants to establish BTN\nHousingpreneur as a space for the birth of ideas, innovations, and new\nbusiness models capable of providing real solutions. In this year\u2019s competition, participants can compete through two main\ncategories: Design & Architecture and Housing Related Innovation.\nThe registration series commenced with a Kick-Off event at the\nUniversity of Indonesia, featuring musician Sal Priadi, and will\ncontinue with roadshows to several universities, including Sriwijaya\nUniversity, Bandung Institute of Technology, Diponegoro University, and\nUdayana University in Bali.<\/p>\n
Ramon explained that the roadshows to various universities aim to\nexpand the programme\u2019s reach while uncovering innovative potential from\ndifferent regions.<\/p>\n
\u201cBTN wants to reach as many talents and innovators from various\nbackgrounds as possible. Through this series of roadshows, we hope to\nfind fresh ideas that are not only creative but also relevant to\ncommunity needs and possess the potential for implementation within the\nhousing ecosystem,\u201d Ramon added.<\/p>\n
Following the close of registration, the competition will enter the\njudging phase, culminating in the BTN Expo in early 2027. In addition to\ntotal prizes worth billions of rupiah, BTN Housingpreneur Batch 3 also\nprovides access to business incubation and business matching for\nparticipants, ensuring that the ideas generated can be implemented as\nreal solutions for the national housing ecosystem.<\/p>\n
