Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) has\ncollaborated with PT Mitra Kasih Perkasa (MKP) to promote the\ndigitalisation of Bali\u2019s tourism sector through the development of an\nintegrated ticketing system and digital financial services within the\nBali tourism ecosystem.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe hope this collaboration brings significant benefits to both\ninstitutions while supporting a more modern, integrated, and digital\nnational tourism industry,\u201d said BTN President Director Nixon LP\nNapitupulu in a statement received in Jakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n
Nixon explained that the strengthening of the digital tourism\necosystem will be integrated with Bale by BTN, the company\u2019s super\napp.<\/p>\n
Through Bale by BTN, tourists will be able to access various services\non a single platform, from booking tourism tickets and transportation,\ndigital payments, to various transaction needs while at the tourist\ndestination.<\/p>\n
In this collaboration, MKP serves as the provider of the integrated\nticketing system. Meanwhile, BTN acts as the exclusive banking partner\nsupporting both cash and non-cash transactions.<\/p>\n
All settlement processes are also placed in BTN accounts to\nstrengthen a more integrated and efficient financial ecosystem.<\/p>\n
In addition, BTN will introduce various banking service channels in\ntourist areas and ports, including BTN ATMs and CRMs, payment services\nvia BTN EDC and QRIS for merchants and SMEs, as well as various other\ndigital transaction services.<\/p>\n
The company will also take on the role of exclusive branding partner\nwith brand exposure at various tourist interaction points, from port\nareas, ticketing gates, boarding passes, tourist area signage, passenger\nwaiting areas, to other supporting facilities.<\/p>\n
According to the company, this initiative opens opportunities for\ntransaction growth, fund mobilisation, and strengthening the customer\nbase within the tourism ecosystem.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, BTN\u2019s digital capabilities and service network\nsupport are expected to enhance service quality and operational\nefficiency in tourist areas.<\/p>\n
