        "content": "<p>The One, another option for fashionable sushi<\/p>\n<p>Evi Mariani<br>\nThe Jakarta Post\/Jakarta<\/p>\n<p>The One restaurant offers a comprehensive menu of modern Japanese <br>\nfusion cooking and is another fashionable option for sushi lovers <br>\nin the capital.<\/p>\n<p>Boasting 15 kinds of sushi; from shrimp tempura rolls to crown <br>\nkani rolls with Alaskan king crab meat, the restaurant also <br>\nallows diners to request special hand-rolled sushi of their <br>\nchoice.<\/p>\n<p>\"We are offering a promotion program especially for sushi. <br>\nEvery Thursday this month, we are offering a 50 percent discount <br>\non all sushi,\" co-owner Etty Febbe said. The One was likely to  <br>\nextend the promotion, she said.<\/p>\n<p>Sushi prices range from Rp 45,000 (US$5) to Rp 78,000 for an <br>\neight-piece helping.<\/p>\n<p>Besides ordering a la carte sushi in a lounge-style setting <br>\nwith cozy couches, diners can choose from a selection at the bar <br>\non the first floor.<\/p>\n<p>Other Japanese dishes on the menu are sashimi, a variety of <br>\nsalads, noodles, tempura and vegetarian food like garlic shitake <br>\ntofu.<\/p>\n<p>The One also boasts Korean dishes -- e mul tang (mixed seafood <br>\nwith light spicy broth sauce and vegetable) -- European food like <br>\nCajun seared salmon (fresh Norwegian salmon baked rare with Cajun <br>\nseasoning), and American food like the NY Strip (U.S. choice <br>\nstrip loin glazed with teriyaki sauce).<\/p>\n<p>From the outside, the restaurant, which can accommodate up to  <br>\n150 diners, looks exactly like a private house.<\/p>\n<p>\"We will have the grand opening ceremony in the middle of this <br>\nyear,\" operations manager Evy Mayouri, said.<\/p>\n<p>She added that the restaurant had delayed the grand opening <br>\ndue to \"technical problems\", which she would not explain.<\/p>\n<p>\"Moreover, we are also planning to make some changes.
