JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Syariah Nasional or BSN is targeting\nthe realisation of Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP)\ndisbursements for 73,300 housing units throughout 2026 to strengthen\nsubsidised housing financing for the public.<\/p>\n
The target was conveyed during a meeting between the Minister of\nHousing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait and BSN\u2019s President\nDirector Alex Sofjan Noor at Menara BTN I on Wednesday (13\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n
The meeting discussed strengthening collaboration on subsidised\nhousing financing, developing subsidised flats in urban areas, and\naccelerating FLPP disbursements.<\/p>\n
On that occasion, Ara stated that the government continues to\nencourage synergy between the government, banking sector, and private\nsector to accelerate the realisation of the national housing programme,\nwhich is one of President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s visions.<\/p>\n
She assessed that BSN has great potential to become one of the\ndriving forces in national housing financing, particularly in the\nsubsidised housing and flats sector.<\/p>\n
According to Ara, this is supported by BSN\u2019s position as the\nsecond-largest sharia bank by assets and the company\u2019s focus on housing\nfinancing.<\/p>\n
Currently, 99 per cent of BSN\u2019s shares are owned by PT Bank Tabungan\nNegara (Persero) Tbk or BTN.<\/p>\n
In the last three years, the market share of sharia banking has been\ncontinuously increasing, including BSN\u2019s contribution to national FLPP\ndisbursements.<\/p>\n
As of April 2026, BSN is recorded as the second-largest FLPP\ndisbursing bank nationally, with realisations reaching 16,523 housing\nunits.<\/p>\n
Ara also encouraged BSN to strengthen support for the subsidised\nflats programme and the development of People\u2019s Business Credit (KUR) in\nthe housing sector.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor landed houses, I give BSN a score of 9, and for flats, if\npossible, I would give a score of 9 this year by recruiting competent,\nfast, loyal, and effective people for this flats programme. Of course,\nwith spirit and hard work,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Additionally, BSN is targeting a People\u2019s Business Credit (KUR)\nsubmission for Housing worth Rp 500 billion to the Coordinating Ministry\nfor Economic Affairs. The administrative process is targeted to be\ncompleted at the latest within the next two months.<\/p>\n
Ara stated that accelerating the housing programme requires an\nadaptive, collaborative, and results-oriented work pattern so that the\nnational housing development targets can be achieved on point.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Alex stated that BSN fully supports the government\u2019s\nhousing programme and is committed to expanding access to housing\nfinancing for the public.<\/p>\n

According to him, BSN is also preparing several innovations to\nstrengthen the national housing financing ecosystem.<\/p>\n
