PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRIS), also known as BSI,\nhas reintroduced the Simultaneous Grand Auction Programme (GREAT BSI)\n2026, preparing approximately 2,000 auction frequencies with competitive\npricing.<\/p>\n
Carrying the theme \u201cGolden Opportunity to Achieve Dream Assets,\u201d the\nprogramme will run from 9 September to 12 December 2026.<\/p>\n
SEVP of Retail & Consumer Risk at BSI, Firman Jatnika, stated\nthat the GREAT BSI programme offers the public an opportunity to acquire\nvarious assets through a transparent auction process, supported by\nsynergy with relevant government agencies.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis programme provides an opportunity for the community to take\nadvantage of the best moment to obtain the best assets,\u201d Firman said in\na statement on Monday (14\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n
During the implementation of GREAT BSI 2026, live auctions will be\nheld in several cities, including Banda Aceh, Jakarta, Bogor, Batam,\nBanten, Tangerang, Meulaboh, and Bandung. The programme is conducted in\ncollaboration with the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the\nMinistry of Finance, as well as the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and\nSpatial Planning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN). This ongoing synergy is\nintended to support the smooth running of the auction process while\nproviding certainty and security to participants.<\/p>\n
Firman explained that the assets offered in GREAT BSI 2026 are\ndiverse, including residential houses, vacant land, shop-houses,\napartments, and warehouses. BSI targets 2,000 auction frequencies. In\nits execution, BSI is involving asset marketing teams across Indonesia\nand coordinating with DJKN\/KPKNL and ATR\/BPN Land Offices in various\nregions.<\/p>\n
Nationally, BSI\u2019s financing performance has grown solidly and\nhealthily. As of June 2026, the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) quality\nwas recorded at 1.80%. The GREAT BSI programme serves as one of BSI\u2019s\nstrategic efforts in asset recovery and improving financing quality.<\/p>\n
This year, BSI is also strengthening collaborations with property\nagents, private auction houses that are BSI partners, and property\nmarketplaces such as Rumah123. Additionally, the bank is utilising\nvarious e-channels including the official website, BYOND by BSI, BSI\nATMs, social media, online news outlets, and publication media across\nits branch network.<\/p>\n
\u201cInterested members of the public can follow three main steps. First,\nselect the desired assets through BSI\u2019s auction information channels.\nSecond, contact the BSI asset management officers via the contact\nnumbers listed in the asset information. Third, participate in the\nauction process for BSI collateral through the official DJKN\/KPKNL\nauction mechanism. Finally, always check official information only\nthrough BSI and remain vigilant against individuals impersonating BSI,\u201d\nsaid Firman.<\/p>\n
Firman urged the public to be cautious of parties impersonating BSI\nand offering auction processes outside of official mechanisms. \u201cBSI\nadvises the public to ensure all information and auction processes are\nconducted through official BKS channels and the DJKN\/KPKNL auction\nmechanism, and not to easily trust parties claiming to represent\nBSI.\u201d<\/p>\n
Through GREAT BSI 2026, BSI hopes that asset recovery will continue\nto increase while providing the public with access to necessary assets\nthrough a transparent, secure, and competitive process.
