Deputy\nGroup CEO of Strategy Development and Assets at Sinar Mas Land, Herry\nHendarta, stated that the company secured the Silver Winner title in the\nMasterplan category, an award given to large-scale area development\nprojects with comprehensive conceptual planning and implementation. \u201cWe\nare honoured and proud to once again receive an award from the FIABCI\nWorld Prix d\u2019Excellence Awards 2026. This recognition is proof that the\nplanning and development of BSD City as a mega township, which we have\nconsistently carried out, meets internationally recognised standards of\nquality and sustainability,\u201d said Herry. The FIABCI World Prix\nd\u2019Excellence Awards is a prestigious international property award event\norganised by the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale des Administrateurs de\nBien-Conseils Immobiliers, or the International Real Estate Federation.\nAccording to him, the award appreciates the world\u2019s best property\nmasterpieces, judged to excel in various aspects, from development\nconcept and implementation to sustainability, innovation, and\ncontribution to society and the environment.
