        "content": "<p>National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has implemented a\nrotation of positions within the Baintelkam (Intelligence Agency) of the\nIndonesian National Police. Brigadier General Wawan Muliawan, who\npreviously served as Director of Special Operations (Dirkamsus), has\nbeen promoted to the position of Deputy Head of Baintelkam\n(Wakabaintelkam).<\/p>\n<p>The rotation within the Baintelkam environment is based on National\nPolice Chief Telegram Number: ST\/1584\/VII\/KEP.\/2026, issued on Friday,\n31 July 2026. A total of ten positions within Baintelkam have been\nrotated by the National Police Chief.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Baintelkam, the National Police Chief has also rotated\npositions in several regional commands and within the International\nRelations Division (Divhubinter) of the Indonesian National Police.\nAccording to the telegram dated 30 July 2026, several high-ranking\nofficers have been transferred, including Brigadier General Untung\nWidyatmoko, who has been promoted to Head of the International Relations\nDivision (Kadiv Hubinter Polri).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrigadier General Pol.
