(BBRI) will distribute\ndividends to its shareholders amounting to Rp 52.10 trillion from the\n2025 fiscal year net profit, equivalent to Rp 346 per share. This\ndecision was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders\n(RUPST). \u201cThe amount includes the Interim Dividend already distributed\nto Shareholders on 15 January 2026 amounting to Rp 20,632,254,718,348 or\nRp 137 per share,\u201d management stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia\nStock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday (14\/4\/2026). Accordingly, the remaining\ncash dividend to be paid to shareholders is Rp 31,470,159,890,136 or Rp\n209 per share. The dividend distribution schedule is as follows: - End\nof trading period for shares with dividend rights (cum dividend): -\nRegular and negotiated market: 20 April 2026 - Cash market: 22 April\n2026 - Start of trading period for shares without dividend rights (ex\ndividend): - Regular and negotiated market: 21 April 2026 - Cash market:\n23 April 2026 - Recording date for shareholders entitled to dividends:\n22 April 2026 - Dividend payment date: 8 May 2026.
