        "content": "<p>PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has recorded subsidised\nmortgage (KPR) disbursements reaching Rp17.13 trillion as of March 2026.\nThese loans have been channelled to more than 125,000 debtors.<\/p>\n<p>BRI\u2019s Director of Consumer Banking, Aris Hartanto, revealed that\nthese disbursements will continue to grow as part of the bank\u2019s\ncommitment to providing decent housing access for low-income\ncommunities. BRI continues to strengthen its support for national\nhousing programmes through subsidised KPR disbursements.<\/p>\n<p>These disbursements, he said, expand home ownership access for\nlow-income communities while encouraging growth in various business\nsectors developing around housing areas. \u201cSubsidised KPR disbursements\nreflect BRI\u2019s commitment to expanding housing access for the public,\u201d\nAris stated in his remarks on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that BRI views housing financing as having an important\nrole in improving welfare and driving economic activity in various\nregions. \u201cThrough this step, BRI seeks to deliver sustainable impacts\nfor society and the economy,\u201d Aris said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to opening home ownership access for the public, the\ncompany sees that housing estate development also provides broad\neconomic impacts.<\/p>\n<p>This activity drives growth in various supporting sectors, from\nconstruction, building materials industry, labour services, to\nlogistics, as well as business opportunities for SMEs developing around\nhousing areas.<\/p>\n<p>Aris emphasised that BRI\u2019s widespread network serves as a strategic\nfoundation in expanding housing financing reach to various regions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSupported by a wide and integrated network, BRI will continue to\noptimise housing financing disbursements to reach more communities in\nvarious regions.
