        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has set a cash\ndividend distribution of IDR 52.1 trillion, or IDR 346 per share. This\namount includes an interim dividend of IDR 20.6 trillion, or IDR 137 per\nshare, which was paid on 15 January 2026. The remaining final dividend\nto be distributed is IDR 31.5 trillion. The total dividend equates to\n91.96% of the consolidated net profit for the 2025 fiscal year,\namounting to IDR 56.65 trillion. This ratio is an increase from the\nprevious year\u2019s 86%. \u201cThis dividend distribution is based on the\ncompany\u2019s continued positive performance, supported by the strengthening\nof the UMKM segment as BRI\u2019s core business, as well as the acceleration\nof digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and\nimprove operational efficiency,\u201d it stated in a written release on\nFriday (10\/4\/2026). Throughout 2025, BRI recorded a consolidated net\nprofit of IDR 56.65 trillion. This figure serves as the basis for\ndetermining the dividend, while still considering expansion needs and\napplicable regulations. Management views the dividend distribution as\nreflecting strong business fundamentals. This step also reaffirms BRI\u2019s\nrole in UMKM financing and financial inclusion. \u201cAs part of Danantara,\nthis dividend distribution also represents BRI\u2019s tangible contribution\nto supporting national development, in line with the company\u2019s role in\nstrengthening UMKM financing and driving an inclusive finance-based\neconomic transformation,\u201d it said. The meeting approved the settlement\nand discharge of responsibility for the Board of Directors and Board of\nCommissioners. Other agenda items included the determination of\nremuneration, appointment of a public accountant, and delegation of\nauthority related to the company\u2019s long-term plans and work plans. The\ncompany also reported the use of sustainable social bond funds. The\nmeeting approved changes to the articles of association regarding share\nclassification.
