        "content": "<p>PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) agreed at its Annual\nGeneral Meeting of Shareholders to distribute 92% of its 2025 fiscal\nyear net profit, amounting to Rp52.10 trillion, as dividends. This\namount is equivalent to Rp346 per share. The dividend distributed this\nyear is the largest in BRI\u2019s history, both in nominal terms and as a\npercentage of the company\u2019s net profit. Previously, the dividend record\nfor BRI was set in the 2024 fiscal year, where shareholders agreed to\ndistribute Rp51.73 trillion, or the equivalent of 86% of the net profit\nfor that fiscal year, as dividends. In total, for the 2024 fiscal year\nprofit, BBRI distributed dividends totalling Rp343.4 per share,\nconsisting of interim dividends of Rp135 per share and final dividends\nof Rp208.4 per share. For information, at the beginning of this year,\nBRI has distributed interim dividends for the 2025 fiscal year of Rp137\nper share or a total of Rp20.63 trillion, which was paid on 15 January\n2026. Thus, the remaining final dividend to be distributed by BRI is\nestimated at Rp209. For information, BRI\u2019s net profit for the year was\nrecorded at Rp57.13 trillion throughout 2025. Consequently, net interest income and insurance\nservice income rose 5.54% yoy to Rp151.8 trillion throughout the\nprevious year.
