        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (stock\ncode: BBRI) through its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday\napproved a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year amounting\nto Rp52.1 trillion or Rp346.00 per share. This figure includes an\ninterim dividend of Rp137 per share or Rp20.6 trillion, which was paid\non 15 January 2026. BRI President Director Hery Gunardi stated in an\nofficial release in Jakarta on Friday that this final dividend decision\nrepresents the company\u2019s tangible commitment to providing optimal\nreturns to shareholders, supported by solid financial performance and\nwell-managed risk. \u201cThis dividend distribution is based on the company\u2019s\nconsistently positive performance, bolstered by the strengthening of the\nUMKM segment as BRI\u2019s core business, as well as the acceleration of\ndigital transformation that continues to expand service reach and\nimprove operational efficiency,\u201d said Hery.
