        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo\nSubianto is scheduled to attend the DPR RI plenary session on Wednesday\n(20 May 2026) to personally deliver the Macro-Economic Framework (KEM)\nand the Core Policy of Fiscal Policy (PPKF) for the 2027 RAPBN. The\npresence of the head of state in this agenda is notable because, to\ndate, the submission of the KEM-PPKF has typically been made by the\nFinance Minister, as the government\u2019s representative. If realised,\nPrabowo will become the first president to personally present the\ngovernment\u2019s macroeconomic and fiscal policy directions in front of the\nDPR RI. In addition to the KEM-PPKF for RAPBN 2027, the DPR will also\ndiscuss revisions to the second National Legislative Program (Prolegnas)\nfor 2026 Priority Bills and hear factional views on the Police Bill (RUU\nPolri) proposed by Commission III of the DPR.
