Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) continues to\nstrengthen the quality of its human resources through the implementation\nof Human Resource Management (HRM) Work Competency Certification as a\nform of measurable and professionally recognised competency\nenhancement.<\/p>\n
\u201cEnthusiasm for this programme is very high, reflected by 300\napplicants who underwent the selection process and 100 selected\nparticipants proceeding to the certification stage,\u201d said the Director\nof Business Development, Human Capital & Legal of PT Brantas\nAbipraya (Persero), Purnomo, in a statement received in Jakarta on\nThursday.<\/p>\n
This commitment is realised through the provision of HRM Work\nCompetency Certification, which offers free access to certification for\n100 participants via the company\u2019s Social and Environmental\nResponsibility (TJSL) programme.<\/p>\n
The programme is not only intended for Brantas Abipraya personnel but\nalso opens opportunities for university students and Brantas Abipraya\npartners to enhance their competencies in the field of Human Resource\nManagement. Consequently, the programme is expected to expand the\nbenefits of competency development while encouraging the creation of an\nincreasingly high-quality human resource ecosystem.<\/p>\n
Purnomo stated that competency certification is not merely an effort\nto obtain formal recognition, but is part of the company\u2019s investment in\nbuilding Human Capital quality.<\/p>\n
