This\nmeans those trading on TikTok or other social media will also be\nrecorded. BPS Deputy Chief Sonny Harry Budiotomo Harmadi explained that\nduring the 2026 Economic Census, officers will visit every citizen\u2019s\nhome. \u201cWe will go door to door. Because many business activities are now\nconducted from home, using TikTok or social media, they are not visible\nfrom the outside. We can only record and identify them if we enter the\nhouses,\u201d he said at the launch of the 2026 Economic Census in Semarang,\nCentral Java, on Thursday (18\/6\/2026).
