        "content": "<p>The Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) has once again achieved a\nmilestone in financial governance. For the 2025 financial year, BPKH\nsuccessfully obtained an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Supreme\nAudit Agency (BPK). This is the eighth consecutive WTP award received by\nBPKH since the institution was first established. Head of the BPKH\nImplementing Body, Fadlul Imansyah, welcomed the audit result. According\nto him, the predicate is tangible proof that BPKH is serious about\nmaintaining accountability, transparency, and professionalism in\nmanaging the people\u2019s funds. \u201cAlhamdulillah, in 2025, BPKH\u2019s financial\nreport closing the books at the end of December 2025 has received an\nUnqualified Opinion. So this is the eighth Unqualified Opinion and eight\nconsecutive years,\u201d said Fadlul during a media briefing at the BPKH\nOffice in South Jakarta on Monday, 27 July 2026. Fadlul stressed that\nthis award from the BPK is a manifestation of BPKH\u2019s promise to continue\nprotecting and managing funds belonging to millions of Indonesians who\naspire to perform the fifth pillar of Islam. \u201cObtaining the Unqualified\nOpinion from the BPK proves that the consistency of governance,\ntransparency, and accountability in managing hajj funds has been\nmaintained since BPKH was established until 2026 for the closing of the\n2025 books,\u201d he said. To date, BPKH bears a significant responsibility\nas it must manage funds belonging to approximately 5.6 million\nprospective hajj pilgrims within its ecosystem. Therefore, maintaining\nthe integrity of the institution to retain public trust is a\nnon-negotiable obligation. \u201cWhat we want to note and need to convey is\nthat this achievement is not merely an audit opinion. But it reflects\nBPKH\u2019s commitment to safeguarding the mandate of millions of Indonesian\nhajj pilgrims,\u201d he explained. Behind the consistency of maintaining the\nWTP opinion for eight years, Fadlul revealed there are five main pillars\ncontinuously upheld by BPKH.
