        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 The State Audit Board (BPK) has conducted an examination of\nthe Financial Report of the Ministry of Labour (Kemnaker) for 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis examination of the financial report is part of the BPK\u2019s\nefforts to provide an opinion on the fairness of the financial report\nwhilst maintaining high inspection standards and independence,\u201d said BPK\nMember III Akhsanul Khaq during the entry meeting for the examination of\nKemnaker\u2019s 2025 Financial Report in Jakarta on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The entry meeting marked the commencement of the examination of\nKemnaker\u2019s 2025 Financial Report, conducted in accordance with Law\nNo.\u00a015 of 2004 and Law No.\u00a015 of 2006, as well as BPK Regulation No.\u00a01\nof 2017 concerning State Financial Inspection Standards (SPKN).<\/p>\n<p>The scope of the examination covers balance sheet accounts in\nKemnaker\u2019s financial report as of 31 December 2025, budget realisation\nreport, operational report, equity change report, and notes to the\nfinancial statements.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of this examination is to provide an opinion on the\nfairness of Kemnaker\u2019s 2025 Financial Report by considering conformity\nwith Government Accounting Standards (SAP), adequacy of disclosures,\ncompliance with regulatory provisions, and the effectiveness of internal\ncontrol systems.<\/p>\n<p>The examination\u2019s focus includes inter-ministerial\/institutional\ntransactions and transactions with the state treasury (BUN),\nimplementation of the Institutional-Level Financial Application System\n(SAKTI), and the completeness and accuracy of cash balances, receipts,\npayables, receivables, and non-tax state revenue (PNBP).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFurthermore, the examination also emphasises the occurrence and\nclassification of goods expenditure and capital expenditure, the\nexistence and valuation of fixed assets, the accuracy of imposing fines\nfor work delays, and the impact of the implementation of priority\nprogrammes and budget efficiency in accordance with Presidential\nInstruction No.\u00a01 of 2025 on financial reporting,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>BPK hopes that during the examination, good communication and\ncoordination will be established, data and documents will be made\navailable in complete and timely manner, and relevant officials will\nprovide the necessary explanations to the BPK inspection team.<\/p>\n<p>Through this activity, the BPK and Kemnaker are expected to build a\ncommon understanding of the scope and objectives of the examination, so\nthat the examination results can provide added value in improving the\nquality of financial reporting and state financial governance.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, the Performance Audit Report on the Effectiveness\nof Labour Placement from 2023 to the first semester of 2025 was also\npresented.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Compliance Audit Report on the Management of Goods\nExpenditure and Capital Expenditure for 2025 (until the third quarter)\nat the Directorate General of Vocational Training Development and\nProductivity (Ditjen Binalavotas) at Kemnaker, received by Labour\nMinister Yassierli, was also submitted.<\/p>",
