        "content": "<p>BPDP said that the disbursement under the rakyat palm oil replanting\nprogramme (PSR) in Lampung Province totalled Rp156.4 billion during the\nperiod 2016-2026. Nationally, in the 2016-2026 PSR disbursement, the\nprovince with the largest disbursement is South Sumatra with Rp2.05\ntrillion; Lampung posted Rp156.4 billion. The director of Finance,\nGeneral Affairs, Compliance and Risk Management of the Palm Oil\nPlantation Fund Management Agency (BPDP), Zaid Burhan Ibrahim, said this\nin Bandarlampung on Thursday. He noted that the land area targeted for\nthe PSR in Lampung is 4,518.86 hectares. \u201cWith the number of\nsmallholders in Lampung receiving the programme amounting to 2,552\npeople,\u201d he said. He explained that the total number of PSR\nimplementation sites in Lampung Province reaches 48 sites located in\nregencies and cities. \u201cDetailed by district: Mesuji district has one\nsite; Lampung Selatan two sites; Tulang Bawang Barat three sites;\nPesawaran three sites; Lampung Utara three sites; Tulang Bawang six\nsites; Lampung Tengah fourteen sites; and Waykanan sixteen sites.\u201dThe\nrakyat palm oil replanting is targeted to increase productivity of\nsmallholder plantations, and the national potential for this programme\nis 2 million hectares of potential oil palm land,\u201d he said. The rakyat\npalm oil replanting programme is for smallholder palm oil planters, both\nplasma and independent, who are part of a growers\u2019 institution in the\nform of farmer groups (Poktan), cooperatives, farmer group associations\n(Gapoktan), or other grower institutions that possess land legality.\n\u201cThe criteria for grower institutions are members of at least 20 persons\nor land at least 50 hectares within a maximum inter-plot distance of 10\nkilometres. For the crop criteria, palms must be at least 25 years old,\nproductivity not exceeding 10 tonnes of fresh fruit bunch per hectare\nper year for plantations at least seven years old, and the plantation\nmust not use superior seeds,\u201d he added. He stated that PSR funds are\ndisbursed at Rp60 million per hectare with a maximum of four hectares\nper person, disbursed in two installments. \u201cThere are two PSR submission\nchannels: through the official channel and through partnerships.\u201d<\/p>",
