Indonesia's BP Tapera has recorded the disbursement of 77,532 subsidised housing units through the FLPP scheme as of mid-June 2026, representing 22.15 per cent of the government's annual target. Bank BTN leads the distribution among 36 participating banks, while young adults aged 19–25 constitute the largest beneficiary group. The agency remains optimistic about meeting the full-year goal of 350,000 units through ongoing coordination with banks and developer associations.

The Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) has recorded
that the realisation of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP)
for subsidised housing reached 77,532 units as of 11 June 2026. This
figure represents 22.15 per cent of the government’s target of 350,000
units for this year. BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho stated
that the distribution of housing financing assistance funds, or
subsidised housing, through the FLPP scheme continues to show a positive
trend. “In addition to monitoring the performance of distributing banks
and developer associations, we are also continuously conducting outreach
so that more low-income communities (MBR) can access and utilise the
subsidised housing programme,” Heru said, as quoted from Antara on
Sunday, 14 June 2026. This achievement is the result of collaboration
with 36 distributing banks and 21 developer associations. The
realisation of the Sejahtera FLPP mortgage is spread across 8,859
subsidised housing estates built by 9,163 developers in 375 regencies or
cities across Indonesia. On the banking side, Bank BTN is the largest
FLPP distributor with a realisation of 37,657 housing units, or 48.56
per cent of the current total distribution. It is followed by Bank
Syariah Nasional, which has distributed 19,088 units (24.61 per cent).
Next are Bank BRI with 6,275 units (8.09 per cent), Bank BNI with 5,608
units (7.23 per cent), and Bank Mandiri with 2,755 units (3.55 per
cent), with the remaining 7.96 per cent coming from other FLPP partner
banks. Meanwhile, from the developer association side, the achievement
comes from Real Estat Indonesia (REI) with the highest realisation of
32,026 housing units, or 41.3 per cent of the current total
distribution. The next position is held by the All-Indonesia Housing and
Settlement Developers Association (Apersi) with 23,048 units (29.72 per
cent), the People’s Housing and Settlement Developers Association
(Himperra) with 10,426 units (13.44 per cent), followed by the National
Housing Developers and Marketers Association (Asprumnas) with 3,532
units (4.55 per cent), PI with 2,475 units (3.19 per cent), and the
remaining 7.8 per cent from other developer associations. Based on BP
Tapera data, interest from the younger generation in the subsidised
housing financing programme occupies the highest position. The 19–25 age
group is the largest beneficiary of FLPP, with 28,060 housing units or
36.19 per cent of the total national achievement this year. This
demonstrates that the interest among young people in owning their first
home through this subsidised financing scheme is quite substantial. In
terms of occupation, the private sector employee group remains the
largest group utilising the FLPP service, accounting for 52,592 units or
67.83 per cent. This is followed by the self-employed group with 12,699
units or 16.38 per cent, civil servants with 6,343 units or 8.18 per
cent, others with 4,723 units or 6.09 per cent, and military/police
personnel with 1,175 units or 1.52 per cent. BP Tapera Commissioner Heru
Pudyo Nugroho is optimistic that FLPP distribution will continue to
increase each month. He noted that BP Tapera routinely coordinates and
monitors the performance of distributing banks and developer
associations to ensure distribution proceeds according to target.
",
