        "content": "<p>The inauguration, led by BP BUMN Head Dony Oskaria in Jakarta, was\nattended by Deputy Head Tedi Bharata, Deputy Head Aminuddin Ma\u2019ruf and\nexecutives of state-owned enterprises (SOEs).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis inauguration marks the start of a long journey and reflects our\nfull commitment to transforming SOE management,\u201d Dony said.<\/p>\n<p>He said the overhaul would require sustained commitment, hard work\nand consistency, as well as the courage to abandon outdated and\nunproductive practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTaking office is not a time to enjoy the position, but to work\nharder and face greater challenges,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Dony highlighted the need for close coordination between BP BUMN and\nsovereign investment body BPI Danantara in overseeing state firms.<\/p>\n<p>He said BP BUMN would focus on strategic policy while Danantara would\nmanage operational aspects, describing the roles as complementary.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond leadership changes, BP BUMN is preparing a sweeping\nrestructuring agenda aimed at improving professionalism, transparency\nand competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>More than 1,000 SOE entities are set to be consolidated to around 200\nto 300 through mergers, divestments, liquidations and other corporate\nactions, Dony said.<\/p>\n<p>He called on officials to uphold integrity and professionalism to\nensure transparent and accountable governance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI ask for the commitment and hard work of all ranks to leave the\nbest legacy for the nation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Dony said the newly appointed officials were expected to strengthen\ncross-sector collaboration so SOEs could deliver greater economic and\nsocial contributions.<\/p>\n<p>Echelon I officials sworn in include Wahyu Kuncoro as secretary\ngeneral; Rabin Indrajad Hattari as deputy for policy and strategy; Wahyu\nSetyawan as deputy for human resources and sustainability; Endra Gunawan\nas deputy for SOE value enhancement; Hambra as deputy for development\nfacilitation and synergy; and Rini Widyastuti as deputy for legal\naffairs and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Echelon II appointees include Rachman Ferry Isfianto as inspector;\nSusi Meyrista Br Tarigan as head of planning and finance; Faturohman as\nhead of organization and HR; Wahyu Wibowo as head of administration; YB\nPriyatmo Hadi as head of communications; Anindita Eka W as head of data;\nK. Seno Pamungkas as acting head of transformation; Abdi Mustakim as\ndirector of strategic planning; Romy Marcandi as director of performance\npolicy; Muhammad Rizal Kamal as director of HR management; Edi Eko\nCahyono as director of social responsibility; Bin Nahadi as director of\nenergy and infrastructure value management; Rainoc as director for food\nand strategic industries; Widia Jessti as acting director for finance\nand telecom; Fadjar Judisiawan and Liliek Mayasari for sectoral\nfacilitation; M.
