        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2013 Dony Oskaria, Head of BP BUMN and COO of Danantara, said\nthe restructuring of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk is directed not\nmerely at extending the time to settle obligations or deferring existing\nproblems, but at building a healthier and more sustainable business\nfoundation. He made the remarks at a meeting with the board of directors\nof PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe company\u2019s recovery process must be based on realistic,\nmeasurable and accountable calculations, so that it produces permanent\nsolutions that strengthen the company\u2019s ability to meet its obligations\nwhile creating long-term value,\u201d Dony said in a written statement in\nJakarta on Saturday (18\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Dony said the discussions covered asset valuation, debt structure and\nrepayment capacity, cash flow projections, and determining the business\nmodel deemed most appropriate to support the sustainability of\noperations.
