        "content": "<p>A WhatsApp message containing a bomb threat was received by SDN\nSrengseng Sawah 15 Pagi in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The threat was\nreceived by the school while pupils and teachers were holding a flag\nceremony on the first day of school after the long holiday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe report came in at 07.30 Western Indonesian Time, and indeed the\nWhatsApp was received while everyone was at the ceremony. The ceremony\nhad just finished when we saw the message, and we all came straight away\n\u2014 the Camat (district head) and the Lurah (village head),\u201d said the Head\nof Jagakarsa Police, Police Commissioner Nurma Dewi, when contacted on\nMonday (13 July 2026).<\/p>\n<p>The bomb threat was sent via a private message to a teacher and the\nschool\u2019s administrative staff. Police immediately deployed to the\nlocation. The pupils were evacuated out of the school grounds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe children have been evacuated; we directed them to leave the\nschool first,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>The Gegana team and Densus 88 counter-terrorism unit carried out a\nsweep, and the result was that no bomb was found at the location.\nNevertheless, police were still conducting a thorough search.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNothing found so far, but we are still sweeping the area,\u201d she\nadded.<\/p>",
