Bogor Regency, West Java (ANTARA) - The Bogor Regency Government,\nWest Java, is reinforcing its synergy with the TNI in developing\ninfrastructure up to the remotest areas through the Technical\nCoordination Meeting (Rakornis) for the 128th TMMD in 2026 at Makorem\n061\/Suryakancana, Bogor City.<\/p>\n
Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto, in his statement in Bogor, West Java, on\nMonday, said that the collaboration between the local government and the\nTNI is a strategic step to ensure that development can be felt evenly by\nthe entire community, while also maintaining security and public order\n(kamtibmas).<\/p>\n
According to Rudy, the 128th TMMD Rakornis serves as an important\nmomentum to unite cross-sectoral efforts in supporting the acceleration\nof regional development, including road and bridge construction, as well\nas strengthening national strategic programmes.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe ongoing synergy is a collective strength in ensuring that\ndevelopment can be felt evenly by the community,\u201d Rudy stated.<\/p>\n
He explained that several strategic programmes that were also the\nfocus of discussion in the rakornis include the free nutritious meals\nprogramme, people\u2019s schools, and infrastructure development for roads\nand bridges to support connectivity and community welfare.<\/p>\n
According to him, development should not only focus on urban areas\nbut must also reach remote regions so that its benefits can be felt\nfairly by all residents of Bogor Regency.<\/p>\n
\u201cThrough the ongoing synergy, we move together, complementing each\nother to ensure that development is truly felt by the entire community,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Commander of Korem 061\/Suryakancana, Brigadier General TNI\nThomas Rajunio, stated that coordination between the TNI and the local\ngovernment continues to be strengthened, both in maintaining kamtibmas\nand supporting the acceleration of development.<\/p>\n
He mentioned that one focus of this collaboration is support for the\nRed and White Village\/Urban Ward Cooperative (KDKMP), the free\nnutritious meals programme, and people\u2019s schools, which are part of\nefforts to improve community welfare.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have often coordinated, but this momentum is important to discuss\nmore focused matters related to kamtibmas and the acceleration of\ndevelopment such as the Red and White Village\/Urban Ward Cooperative, as\nwell as ongoing support for free nutritious meals and people\u2019s schools,\u201d\nThomas revealed.<\/p>\n
In addition, the TNI is implementing a strategic bridge construction\nprogramme, Jembatan Perintis Garuda, as a solution to infrastructure\nneeds in disaster-prone areas, including in the Korem 061\/Suryakancana\nregion.<\/p>\n
According to Thomas, the construction of these bridges is a response\nto several incidents of bridges being washed away that hinder community\nmobility and logistics distribution in some areas.<\/p>\n
\u201cSeveral bridge washout incidents have caught our attention. Repairs\nare carried out using TNI funds in collaboration with the local\ngovernment,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
He added that each korem has a target to build five bridges per\nmonth, with priorities based on community needs and field technical\nassessments.<\/p>\n
