        "content": "<p>BOGOR \u2014 As many as 25 public minibus (angkot) routes will continue\noperating during the Eid al-Fitr holiday in Bogor City.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of Bogor City\u2019s Transportation Office (Dishub), Sujatmiko\nBaliarto, stated there is no prohibition on minibus operations during\nthe 1447 Hijri Eid holiday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no operational ban in Bogor City,\u201d Sujatmiko told\nKompas.com on Monday, 9 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation from the West Java Provincial Government only applies to\nminibuses operating in the Puncak tourism area, Bogor Regency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs far as I know, only those in Puncak. Those are district transport\nservices,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Transportation Division at Bogor City\u2019s Dishub, Dody\nWahyudin, explained that five congestion points exist in Bogor City. The\nDishub will monitor and regulate traffic at these congestion points\nwhere minibuses queue.<\/p>\n<p>The congestion points are located at Jembatan Merah, BTM Mall, the\nGunung Batu area, Bogor City Square, and the Warung Jambu area.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, Bogor City\u2019s Dishub will conduct rounds to the points\nwhere minibuses accumulate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOr parking areas that might cause traffic obstruction, we will also\nmanage to ensure traffic flow remains smooth,\u201d said Dody.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kompas.com\u2019s records, the Head of West Java\u2019s\nTransportation Office, Dhani Gumelar, provided compensation to\ntemporarily halt operations to maintain traffic flow during the Eid\nholiday.<\/p>\n<p>This policy applies to several congested routes, including\nBogor-Cianjur, Puncak-Cianjur, Bandung-Lembang, Cipanas Garut,\nTasikmalaya, Kuningan, Cirebon, and Subang.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation distribution will begin on 12 March 2026.<\/p>",
