        "content": "<p>Bogor Regency DPRD Speaker Sastra Winara considers the achievement of\nan Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Bogor Regency Government\u2019s Financial\nReport for the 2025 Fiscal Year as proof that local governance is\nimproving.<\/p>\n<p>Sastra conveyed this in Bogor after the Bogor Regency Government once\nagain received the WTP opinion from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK)\nRepresentative Office for West Java for its Regional Government\nFinancial Report (LKPD) for the 2025 Fiscal Year in Bandung on\nWednesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, successfully maintaining the WTP opinion for two\nconsecutive years under the leadership of Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto\ndemonstrates the local government\u2019s commitment to transparent and\naccountable financial management.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a tremendous achievement in governance. This WTP opinion\nshows that Bogor Regency\u2019s regional financial management is running well\nand in accordance with applicable regulations.
