"summary": "The Bogor City Government has introduced sanctions for civil servants (ASN) working from home every Friday who fail to respond to work messages within five minutes or answer calls after fewer than three attempts, as outlined in a recent circular aimed at budget efficiency and energy savings. ASN must also conduct three daily attendance checks via selfies at specific times using the LEGASI app, restricted to their home locations, with violations leading to verbal warnings and progressive disciplinary actions. This policy aligns with central government directives and begins implementation next week to ensure responsiveness during remote work.",
