        "content": "<p>Bogor City Government (Pemkot Bogor) is providing legal assistance to\n14 members of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) who became\nvictims of an alleged pawning of their Appointment Decrees (SK) by their\nsuperior. The case involves an alleged Civil Servant (ASN) with initials\nIJ, who holds the position of Head of the Finance Sub-Section at the\nBogor City Satpol PP. IJ is suspected of using a method of enticing his\nsubordinates with reasons related to office needs, while promising that\nthe repayment process would not take long. The victims whose SKs were\npawned then reported the incident to the Personnel and Human Resources\nDevelopment Agency (BKPSDM) of Bogor City. The Head of the Legal and\nHuman Rights Section of Bogor City, Alma Wiranta, stated that the City\nGovernment has prepared legal assistance for the victims.
