        "content": "<p>Boeing to face negligence suit<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (AP): The family of an American who died when a<br>\nSingapore plane crashed last year in Indonesia has filed a US$25<br>\nmillion negligence suit against the aircraft manufacturer Boeing,<br>\na newspaper reported yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The suit was filed in New York federal court by law firm<br>\nKreindler and Kreindler on behalf of the family of Suzan<br>\nPicariello, one of 104 people who died when a Silk Air Boeing<br>\n737-300 plane crashed last Dec. 19, according to The Business<br>\nTimes.<\/p>\n<p>Picariello was American Express senior vice president for<br>\nSoutheast and South Asia, based in Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the accident, which killed all passengers and<br>\ncrew, has remained a mystery. Investigations were hampered<br>\nbecause the flight data and cockpit voice recorders stopped<br>\nfunctioning minutes before the plane dropped out of the sky.<\/p>",
