        "content": "<p>The head of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), Commissioner General\nSuyudi Ario Seto, has launched the 184 call centre service. He said the\ncall centre represents one form of BNN\u2019s transformation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn this era of information disruption and digitalisation, the state\nis required to be closer, faster, and more responsive to the public. The\npresence of BNN\u2019s 184 call centre is not merely a ceremonial facility\nupgrade, but a tangible manifestation of the digital transformation that\nis a strategic priority for BNN,\u201d Suyudi said in his address at the\nlaunch of the 184 call centre at BNN headquarters in East Jakarta on\nThursday (19\/2\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Suyudi explained that the 184 call centre service operates 24 hours a\nday, every day. He expressed his hope that the service would function at\nmaximum capacity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn its implementation, I emphasise that the BNN 184 call centre\nservice must operate optimally and that we continuously update the\nservice over time. We must be able to serve the public 24 hours a day,\nseven days a week. The state must never sleep when it comes to serving\nits people,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Suyudi called for operators to receive capacity building. He\nexpressed his hope that operators would master material related to the\nPrevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics\n(P4GN).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI ask that these frontline operators be equipped with continuous\ncapacity improvement. They must have comprehensive mastery of\nP4GN-related material,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Suyudi stated that operators must be responsive to public complaints.\nHe said no member of the public should feel poorly served.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn conclusion, not a single member of the public who contacts the\n184 call centre should be left disappointed because they could not\nobtain accurate information or an adequate response,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
