PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) is offering around 2,600\ncollateral assets through the Gelegar Lelang BNI 2026 programme. The\nassets on offer include houses, shop houses, warehouses, apartments,\nhotels, and various other types of property spread across several\nregions in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
The programme runs from 15 June to 15 September 2026, with a\nsimultaneous auction peak scheduled for 21 August 2026. Gelegar Lelang\nBNI aims to broaden public access to assets through an open, secure, and\ntransparent auction mechanism.<\/p>\n
The kick-off event was held at Grha BNI, Jakarta, on Tuesday\n(4\/8\/2026). The activity was inaugurated by the Director of Auctions at\nthe Directorate General of State Assets, Ministry of Finance, Syukriah\nHG, together with BNI Senior Executive Vice President of Remedial &\nRecovery, Saridatun.<\/p>\n
Saridatun stated that Gelegar Lelang BNI is part of the company\u2019s\nefforts to provide wider access for the public to acquire assets while\noptimising the resolution of collateral assets. \u201cGelegar Lelang BNI is\nour commitment to presenting an asset marketing process that is open,\ntransparent, and easily accessible to the public,\u201d Saridatun said in a\nwritten statement.<\/p>\n
He noted that auctions not only serve as a means of resolving banking\ncollateral but can also be an alternative for people looking to own or\ninvest in property. In organising this programme, BNI is collaborating\nwith the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) to enhance public\nunderstanding of the auction mechanism and ensure that all processes are\ncarried out in accordance with regulations.<\/p>\n
The collaboration includes educational activities through\ndiscussions, consultations, and the provision of information regarding\nauction participation procedures, the rights and obligations of\nparticipants, and the stages of the transaction. Through this education,\nBNI and DJKN seek to reinforce the understanding that auctions are an\nopen and accountable mechanism, as well as an alternative for acquiring\nassets at competitive prices.<\/p>\n
Gelegar Lelang BNI 2026 will also be featured at the wondrX BNI 2026\nevent, taking place from 21 to 23 August 2026 at the Indonesia\nConvention Exhibition, BSD City, Tangerang. During the event, visitors\ncan view the asset catalogue and receive explanations regarding the\nauction mechanism and procedures.<\/p>\n
Information on the assets can be accessed via BNI\u2019s digital catalogue\nat lelangagunan.bni.co.id, while the auction process itself is conducted\nthrough the official DJKN platform at lelang.go.id.
