PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) has strengthened its
support for national exporters through the development of the BNIdirect
DHE SDA Dashboard. This digital solution is designed to help exporters
manage, monitor, and fulfil their obligations regarding Devisa Hasil
Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam (DHE SDA), or Natural Resource Export Proceeds,
in a more integrated and compliant manner. The launch aligns with the
bank’s readiness to support the implementation of Government Regulation
(PP) Number 21 of 2026 concerning DHE SDA, which will take effect on 1
June 2026.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that the BNIdirect DHE
SDA Dashboard provides exporters with better visibility over the
movement of export funds while simplifying reporting and regulatory
compliance. “Through this solution, in addition to transactional
convenience, we aim to help exporters meet DHE SDA requirements more
easily, transparently, and efficiently, allowing them to focus more on
developing their business and expanding into global markets,” Okki
said.

The dashboard enables exporters to monitor incoming and outgoing
funds based on the Customs Export Notification (PPE) number, oversee
special DHE SDA accounts, and view balances in US dollars (USD) and
Chinese yuan (CNY). The solution is also equipped with incoming fund
notifications and a DHE SDA report download feature to facilitate
reporting through the Integrated Foreign Exchange Monitoring System
(SiMoDIS).

DHE SDA refers to foreign exchange earnings obtained by exporters
from the export of Indonesia’s natural resource-based commodities,
covering the mining, plantation, forestry, and fisheries sectors. Under
prevailing regulations, DHE SDA funds must be fully placed in banks that
are members of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara). For
exporters dealing with buyers from countries that have bilateral
agreements, up to 30 percent of the DHE SDA funds may be placed in
non-Himbara banks for a maximum period of three months. From the total
funds received, exporters may convert up to 50 percent into rupiah,
while the remaining balance can be used for foreign exchange
transactions in accordance with applicable provisions or placed in
investment instruments issued by Himbara banks and Bank Indonesia.

Okki added that BNI will continue to develop digital services based
on customer needs, including for businesses engaged in export
activities. The bank considers the ease of monitoring export funds and
ensuring regulatory compliance as crucial elements in supporting the
competitiveness of national exporters. “BNI will continue to support the
transaction and business needs of our customers through various relevant
banking solutions. Going forward, we will keep delivering optimal
digital innovations for our customers,” Okki said. Through the BNIdirect
DHE SDA Dashboard, BNI reaffirms its commitment to supporting government
policy implementation, strengthening transaction services for exporters,
and providing digital solutions that help businesses manage export funds
more efficiently and transparently.
",
