Ahead of its 80th anniversary on 5 July 2026, BNI is\ncarrying the theme \u2018Swadharma Bhakti Nagara\u2019 as a reflection of the\ncompany\u2019s journey in serving the nation, state, and people of Indonesia.\nAccording to Putrama, BNI\u2019s ability to survive, grow, and remain\nrelevant for eight decades rests on the value of Swadharma Bhakti\nNagara. This value serves as a compass in carrying out professional\nresponsibilities, serving the community, and contributing to the\nnational interest. He explained that Swadharma reflects the awareness to\ncarry out responsibilities with discipline, integrity, and competence.\nBhakti describes the spirit of service so that every business decision\nprovides broader benefits to society. Meanwhile, Nagara affirms BNI\u2019s\norientation to support national development and maintain the stability\nof the Indonesian economy. These values are manifested in BNI\u2019s work\nculture through three main behaviours: Seva, Karya, and Raksa.
