        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk or BNC (BBYB) has assured\nthat the bank\u2019s operational activities up to customer services continue\nto run smoothly and are unaffected by the Financial Services Authority\n(OJK) decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll BNC digital banking services continue to operate normally,\nincluding Wealth Management product services, such as mutual funds,\nbancassurance, gold services, as well as other digital banking products\nand services,\u201d said President Director of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, Eri\nBudiono, in a written statement in Jakarta on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The decision in question is contained in OJK Commissioner Council\nDecision No.\u00a0KEP-3\/PM.13\/2026 regarding the Revocation of the Registered\nCertificate for Level I Institutional Securities Trading Intermediary\nMarketing Partner of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>That decision relates to the revocation of permission for the bank to\nprovide referrals to securities companies to customers who have an\ninterest in conducting stock trading.<\/p>\n<p>BNC explained that the referral programme was planned as a new\nproduct to develop Wealth Management services. However, the programme\nhas not been launched because the bank is still refining operational\nreadiness, systems, and customer experience before implementing the\nprogramme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn every operational activity and business decision-making, BNC\nensures the implementation of measured risk management and compliance\nwith all applicable provisions and regulations from relevant\nauthorities,\u201d said Eri.<\/p>\n<p>To that end, BNC respects the OJK decision and will actively\ncoordinate with relevant parties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBank Neo Commerce fully respects every policy and regulatory\ndirection implemented by the relevant regulator and will continue to\nmaintain active coordination to ensure compliance with all applicable\nprovisions,\u201d explained Eri.<\/p>\n<p>The bank states that it will continue to commit to providing safe,\ncomprehensive, and competitive digital financial services for Indonesian\nsociety.<\/p>\n<p>All current services can also be accessed fully without\ndisruption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe emphasise that the security of customer transactions across all\nproducts and services in the Bank Neo Commerce neobank application,\nwhich is currently accessible to the public, has valid licensing and is\nsupervised by regulators, both by OJK and Bank Indonesia,\u201d stated\nEri.<\/p>",
