She said that, in\ngeneral, the weather in North Sumatra on Friday morning was\npredominantly cloudy with a potential for light rain in Labuhanbatu,\nLangkat, Labuhanbatu Utara, and surrounding areas. Meanwhile, during the\nafternoon to evening there is potential for light rain in Padanglawas\nUtara, Pakpak Bharat, Simalungun, Pematangsiantar, Langkat, Medan, Deli\nSerdang, Karo, Binjai, Serdang Bedagai, Batubara, Asahan, Labuhanbatu,\nLabuhanbatu Utara, Dairi, South Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, and\nsurrounding areas.
