Presiding Judge Brelly Yuniar Dien stated\nthat the bribery was carried out by John together with Blueray Cargo\u2019s\nPort Custom Clearance Operations Manager, Dedy Kurniawan, and the\ncompany\u2019s Import Documentation Team Leader, Andri. \u201cThe transfer of\nmoney from Blueray Cargo to officials and employees of Customs and\nExcise, documented as total bonus costs from July 2025 to January 2026,\namounted to Rp91.77 billion,\u201d said Presiding Judge Brelly while reading\nthe verdict at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court on Friday\n(10\/7\/2026). The panel of judges explained that the large flow of funds\nwas intended to ensure that Customs officials would accelerate the\nprocess of releasing Blueray Cargo Group\u2019s imported goods from customs\nsupervision. Through these bribes, the company sought to bypass\nbureaucratic procedures at the Directorate General of Customs and\nExcise. The breakdown of the Rp91.77 billion bribe included various\nforms, such as entertainment facilities recorded at Rp1.45 billion.\nLuxury goods handed over included a Tag Heuer watch worth Rp65 million\ngiven to an official named Orlando, and a Mazda CX-5 car valued at Rp330\nmillion. The judge revealed that several Customs and Excise officials\nidentified as receiving the bribes were Rizal, Orlando Hamonangan, and\nSisprian Subiaksono. The three are currently undergoing trial in\nseparate case files.
