        "content": "<p>Acting Secretary of the Blora Regency DPRD, Agus Listiyono, has\nacknowledged and apologised for using an official red-plated vehicle\noutside the area after footage of the car went viral on social\nmedia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI apologise for that. I was the one driving the vehicle,\u201d Agus said\nin Blora on Monday (23\/3), as reported by Antara.<\/p>\n<p>According to Agus, he used the official vehicle with licence plate K\n28 E on Saturday morning (21\/3) around 10:00 WIB to go to the residence\nof Blora Regent Arief Rohman.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, around 11:00 WIB, Agus explained that he travelled to his\nparents\u2019 home in Kunduran Subdistrict, Blora.<\/p>\n<p>Then, around 15:30 WIB, Agus said he departed from Kunduran to his\nin-laws\u2019 house in Sragen, passing through the route via Kuwu, Wirosari,\nGrobogan Regency.<\/p>\n<p>Around 17:00 WIB, the official vehicle was spotted in the Tangen main\nroad area in Sragen and was captured on camera, with the photo\ncirculating on social media and drawing public attention.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter leaving my parents in Kunduran, I went to my in-laws in Sragen\nfor Eid greetings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The sighting of the Toyota Kijang Innova official vehicle drew\nattention from netizens who questioned public officials\u2019 compliance with\nthe ban on using official vehicles outside official duties.<\/p>\n<p>Based on Minister of State for Administrative Reform Regulation\nNumber PER\/87\/M.PAN\/8\/2005, government operational vehicles are to\nsupport the implementation of main tasks and functions, not for personal\ninterests.<\/p>\n<p>The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has also reminded of the\nimportance of maintaining integrity, particularly in the use of state\nfacilities during holiday periods.<\/p>\n<p>Agus said he was aware of KPK Circular Letter Number 2 of 2026 on\nControl and Prevention of Gratification, which among other things\nreminds that state facilities should not be used for personal interests.\nHowever, he admitted to being less diligent in understanding and\napplying the regulation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know about that KPK letter and I feel guilty for not being careful\nin understanding it,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the use of the official vehicle was only brief and not\nused for other purposes outside the greeting agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Agus also confirmed that he had returned to Blora on Sunday night\n(22\/3). \u201cOnly for one day, nowhere else.
