Black flag for the undisciplined<\/p>\n
SAMARINDA, South Kalimantan: Governor H.M. Ardans said here
\nyesterday that he will launch a three-month program to discipline
\nlocal government offices by hoisting a black flag in front of
\nthose found to be undisciplined.<\/p>\n
The program would also include rewarding offices and public
\nservants performing well in their duties, Ardans, who was
\nrepresented by his deputy Suwarna AF, was quoted by Antara as
\nsaying.<\/p>\n
\"The basis of the program (discipline) is the duty and
\nobligation of every public servant as servants of the people and
\nthe country, and it should receive serious attention from all of
\nus,\" the governor said.<\/p>\n
He said the move was part of a national program to boost the
\nNational Discipline Drive, first launched by the government in
