        "content": "<p>The Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming\/BKPM has simplified the\nprocedure for issuing Land-Based Land Use Conformity Certificates (KKPR)\nfor micro-enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>In Jakarta, Tuesday (24\/2\/2026), the Ministry announced that business\nactors can now obtain KKPR through a self-declaration mechanism on the\nOnline Single Submission (OSS) system, as part of efforts to accelerate\nthe legalisation of micro-enterprises without neglecting land use\nprinciples and local government oversight.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming\/Deputy Head of BKPM,\nTodotua Pasaribu, affirmed that the simplification of the procedure is\ndesigned to reduce the administrative stages that were previously\nconsidered complex and time-consuming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want micro-enterprises to no longer be burdened by complicated\nprocedures. Through self-declarations on the Online Single Submission\n(OSS), the process becomes faster and simpler, but remains accountable,\u201d\nsaid Todotua in a press release, Wednesday, 25 February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In the new mechanism, micro-enterprises only need to fill in some\nlocation data through the OSS.<\/p>\n<p>The required data includes administrative information, complete\naddress, land area, one coordinate point, and a photo of the front view\nof the business location.<\/p>\n<p>With this scheme, the process of issuing Land-Based KKPR becomes\nsimpler and no longer burdens small business actors with complex\nverification stages.<\/p>",
