Minister of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani stated that this figure rose\n7.2% year-on-year, compared to last year\u2019s realisation of Rp465.2\ntrillion. \u201cThe first-quarter 2026 investment realisation reached Rp498.8\ntrillion, with job absorption of 706,569, up 18.9% year-on-year,\u201d said\nRosan during a press conference in Jakarta, as reported by Antara on\nThursday, 23 April 2026. Furthermore, he noted that this first-quarter\nachievement amounts to 24.4% of the annual target of Rp2,041.3 trillion.\nHe detailed that of the total investment entering Indonesia, domestic\ninvestment (PMDN) and foreign investment (PMA) are nearly equal.\nMeanwhile, PMDN holds a 49.9% share of the overall achievement, valued\nat Rp248.8 trillion (up 6% year-on-year).
