TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) is proposing an additional promotional office, the Indonesia Investment Promotion Centre (IIPC).<\/p>\n
\u201dThe office addition is proposed in China and United Arab Emirates (UAE),\u201d said the Deputy Head of BKPM Yus\u2019an at the House of Representatives yesterday.<\/p>\n
According to Yus\u2019an, the proposition to add IIPC office is aimed to develop a new promotion target.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe target of foreign promotion is grouped into three layers, which are ASEAN-China, New Asia-Beyond Asia, and developed markets,\u201d said Yus\u2019an.<\/p>\n
Yus\u2019an said there were two choices in China to be considered to construct the promotional office, Beijing and Shanghai.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile in UAE, there is a possibility that the office will be built in Dubai.<\/p>\n
Up until now, the BKPM has had promotional offices in several big cities in the world, namely in Taipei, Singapore, London, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Sydney.<\/p>\n
