"summary": "The alternative emergency road in Wih Porak, Pintu Rime Gayo subdistrict, Bener Meriah, has been severed once more due to heavy rain causing the river to overflow, disrupting the only access route from Bireuen to central Aceh. Local authorities had briefly restored the path after a similar incident on Sunday, but persistent downpours have halted traffic again, with heavy machinery deployed to reopen it once water levels recede. This ongoing issue stems from the total destruction of the main Tajuk Enang-enang road in a late November 2025 disaster, underscoring the vulnerability of regional infrastructure to natural calamities.",
