The components of this alternative energy team were decided at a limited meeting of the energy sector at the Presidential Palace yesterday (24\/7).<\/p>\n<p>Alhilal Hamdi, former Manpower Minister and former People's Welfare Minister, took the position as Executive Chairman of the team for bio-fuel development. \u201cBio-fuel is not only able to substitute for fuel oil, but also it increases job opportunities and the economy,\u201d said Purnomo Yusgiantoro, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister, yesterday (24\/7).<\/p>\n<p>The government will issue a Presidential Decision on bio-fuel development in the next day or two. The government will also explore fiscal incentives in bio-fuel investment, trade and research such as tax holidays, free value-added fax and zero percent export tax as oil palm.<\/p>\n<p>Badriah<\/p>",
