        "content": "<p>BII executives to resign<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Two directors and a commissioner of publicly<br>\nlisted Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) will resign by the end<br>\nof the month, the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>President director Hanafi Gan Bin Abdullah will apparently<br>\nresign for health reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Vice president director Timothy Jones will leave the bank<br>\nbecause his soon-to-mature contract with the bank will not be<br>\nrenewed by the shareholders, JSX said quoting a letter it<br>\nreceived from the bank.<\/p>\n<p>The bank also said that its chief commissioner Teddy Pawitra,<br>\nfor an undeclared reason, would leave at the same time as the<br>\ndirectors.<\/p>\n<p>The bank&apos;s extraordinary shareholders meeting scheduled for<br>\nJan. 28 will approve the resignations and announce replacements.<br>\n(udi)<\/p>",
