I<br>\nam grateful that this line exists, although there are times that<br>\nthe bus crew does not treat us properly. We feel that Bianglala's<br>\nmanagement should pay more attention to this.<\/p>\n<p>I recall one particular occasion when passengers were badly<br>\ntreated. The air-conditioned Bianglala Pamulang-Senen line became<br>\nstuck in a road snarl on the slope of Block A. Suddenly a PPD<br>\nbus, P-20, which was plying the Lebak Bulus-Senen route,<br>\ntransferred 15 of its passengers to the Bianglala bus. They had<br>\nto pay an additional Rp 500. Are bus passengers allowed to be<br>\ntransferred to another bus which does not belong to the same<br>\ncompany?<\/p>\n<p>But what happened on Jan. 15, 1997 was quite the opposite. The<br>\nBianglala bus I boarded from Senen to Pamulang broke down in<br>\nfront of IKIP Muhammadiyah in Kebayoran Baru. Its passengers,<br>\nmostly housewives, were in a hurry to get home for the breaking<br>\nof the fast. When we asked to be transferred to another bus (not<br>\nBianglala), the conductor grumbled and said we had to wait for<br>\nthe next Bianglala bus. We were forced to pay up in the end after<br>\nboarding a bus of a different transport company. What about that?<\/p>\n<p>IWAN<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta<\/p>",
