        "content": "<p>Bhuwanatala divests shares<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): PT Bhuwanatala Indah Permai, the owner of<br>\nBandung Indah Plaza shopping center in Bandung, West Java,<br>\nannounced yesterday that it has sold its shares in Seaunion<br>\nHoldings Ltd. of Hong Kong on May 29.<\/p>\n<p>The company said that all its stake in Seaunion, which reached<br>\n17.5 percent representing 521 million shares, were sold out,<br>\nraising capital gains of approximately HK$5.7 million.<\/p>\n<p>\"By the participation in that company, we actually intended to<br>\ndiversify our business line into oil mining. But we have decided<br>\nto focus on our main business. So, this transaction was done<br>\npurely to support our business strategy,\" Bhuwanatala's managing<br>\ndirector, Heru Pramono, said.<\/p>\n<p>Bhuwanatala is now controlled by businessman Johaness Kotjo<br>\nand President Suharto's second son Bambang Trihatmodjo.
