        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has sanctioned\n1,251 Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units (SPPG) that violated standard\noperating procedures (SOP) in implementing the Free Nutritious Meals\nProgramme (MBG) during January to March 2026. Of these, 1,030 SPPG units\nwere temporarily suspended, 210 received first-stage warning letters\n(SP-1), and 11 were at the second-stage warning (SP-2). BGN Head Dadan\nHindayana, in an official statement in Jakarta on Friday, explained that\nthe actions followed discoveries of serious violations, from\ninfrastructure failing to meet standards and the absence of Wastewater\nTreatment Installations (IPAL) to unregistered Certificates of Hygiene\nSanitation Compliance (SLHS). \u201cWe will not tolerate violations of\nstandards in any form. This programme concerns public health, so quality\nmust be the top priority,\u201d Dadan stated. \u201cSP-1 and SP-2 are stern\nwarnings for managers to make immediate improvements. If ignored,\noperational suspension will be an unavoidable consequence,\u201d he added.\nFurthermore, BGN temporarily closed 62 SPPG units found to be serving\nmenus not in line with technical guidelines, a situation deemed\npotentially disruptive to the programme\u2019s primary goal of enhancing\npublic nutrition quality. \u201cWe want to ensure that every meal distributed\nis truly fit, safe, and meets nutritional standards.
