Failure to comply will lead\nto operational suspension,\u201d BGN Deputy Head for Public Communication and\nInvestigation Nanik Sudaryati Deyang said in Magetan District, East\nJava, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>At an event promoting collaboration between animal farmers and\nbusinesses for the free meals program, she explained that the directive\nis aimed at boosting farmer-level prices for broiler chicken eggs, which\nhave plummeted in Magetan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday, we are witnessing how rising market prices are not followed\nby the value at animal farms, leaving farmers at a loss,\u201d Deyang\nnoted.<\/p>\n<p>The latest data shows egg prices at the farm level in Magetan stand\nat Rp22,000 (around US$1.20) per kilogram, while market levels hover\nbetween Rp25,000 and Rp27,000.
