According to Reza, the 100 SPPG in Cilacap already possess\nidentification numbers, meaning they were registered through the portal\nbefore it was closed. He explained that these points were recorded in\nthe BGN portal prior to the decision to impose a moratorium on new SPPG\nadditions, indicating they were in the preparation phase.<\/p>\n
However, Reza admitted that some of the 100 SPPG sites in Cilacap\nhave not progressed with the construction of their kitchens. He was\nunable to explain the reason for the stalled development, suggesting\nthat the relevant foundations should be questioned about why they did\nnot proceed with building.<\/p>\n
Regarding whether the suspected fictitious SPPG sites would\neventually operate, Reza stated that the agency is currently enforcing a\nmoratorium on new SPPG. \u201cThe leadership\u2019s current policy is a moratorium\non new SPPG.
