        "content": "<p>The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that many\nprivate parties, in addition to PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, are involved in\nthe alleged bribery case within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and\nSpatial Planning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe suspicion is that practices related to these land services\ninvolve many private entities,\u201d said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at\nthe KPK Merah Putih Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Budi stated that these private parties include not only\nproperty developers but also individuals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are still investigating all of these matters,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) in the\nJabodetabek area on 14 September 2026. This operation was related to\nalleged corruption in the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) for PT\nSummarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java.<\/p>\n<p>One day later, the KPK named eight individuals as suspects in the\nalleged bribery case within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN. The suspects\ninclude the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Order at\nthe Ministry of ATR\/BPN, Lampri; the Head of the Bogor Regency Land\nOffice I, Sontang Coin Manurung; the President Director of PT Summarecon\nAgung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi; and Rizal Pahlevi, acting as a private\nparty or intermediary for Summarecon.<\/p>\n<p>Other suspects include the former Regent of Kebumen, Arif Sugiyanto;\nthe Chairman of the Golkar Party DPP, Fahd El Fouz, also known as Fahd\nArafability; and private individuals named Erwin and Muhammad Fakhry.\nAll four are alleged to be close associates of the Minister of ATR\/BPN,\nNusron Wahid.<\/p>",
